How long does it take for my package to arrive?
We ship around the world. The expected delivery time frame depends on your area of residence. Not all packages ship from the same warehouse. Your package can take between 10 - 40 days to be delivered from the date your payment is processed. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.
Typical time frames are:
USA: Between 10 - 30 days
Canada: Between 20 - 30 days
Europe: Between 20 - 40 days
Australia: Between 20 - 40 days
All Others: Between 30 - 50 days
Where is my tracking information?
Typically it takes several days for shipping carriers to update their system and provide tracking information. We will promptly forward this information to you as soon as it is available. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 days, please check your spam/bulk folder. Also ensure you have provided us with the correct email address. If you created an account with us, you can check for this information within your account. Something didn't work out with the order? If something didn't fit correctly or didn't work on arrival we will do our best to make it right. Contact us at sales@freewaylights.com to return your new unused item to our United States location within 30 days of package delivery.
